Fees Consulting services are provided by some of the most experienced, technically trained, professionals in the state of Texas. Some are considered the best in the country in their area of professional expertise. Professional fee rates are commensurate with experience, education, and reputation. Clients will be billed for professional fees, travel expenses (mileage, lodging, and meals) and other expenses incurred necessary to provide services and/or products agreed upon by the client (i.e., subcontractor fees, supplies, mapping services, etc.). Billing will occur at time service is provided or product is delivered. Payment will be due, in full, within 10 days of
receipt of bill. |
